It appears from the Rolls on file in this office that William C Delaney was enrolled on the 20th of July 1861 at Camp Nelson in Company F , 3rd Regt of Ky Infty for 3 years or during the war and mustered into service as a Corpl on the 5th day of October 1861 at Camp Dick Robinson in Company F, 3rd Ky Infantry for 3 years or during the war. On the muster out roll of Company F of that regiment dated 10/13/64 he is reported to had died at columbia Ky 1/11/62 of Typhoid Fever.
