Remarks as to condition of patient:
Has had measels, which he states were followed by 'lung fever'. Had some cough with moist valves beneath both clavicals. There was also great functional disturbance of the heart with considerable emaciation.

Patient improved. No murmurs heard.

Treatment continues through March 23rd 1864. Good reading..
