Proceedings of a Council of Administration
Convened at Covington Ky, pursuant to Special Orders No. 88 dated Headquarters, Post Covington and Newport Ky, April 27, 1865, consisting of Lieyt. Col. George Parker, 72d USCI, for the purpose of disposing of the effects of the late Patrick Disney of Co H 7th Regt of Ky VI.

The Council found that the effects consisted of the following articles: - they were ordered to be sold at auction, which was accordingly done, and the amount set opposite the articles, respectively obtained, for which the receipt of the paymaster is annexed:
