Mar 11 1866, Owed US 74.33. Joined by transfer from Co C 22Ky as Vet Private Dec 24/64 per SO 96. Originally enlisted at Greenupsburg KY Oct 26/61. Stoppage for loss of 2 haversacks, 2 canteens, 1 cartrdge box belt plates. Discharge given at Baton Rouge La Mar 11/66 with view to payment without return to state.

Descriptive Roll: 5'9in tall. Fair Complexion, Blue eys, Dark hair. Farmer. Took part in capture of Cumberland Gap 8/62, Tazewell TN 8/14/62. Detached as a Musician in Drum Corps Dec 62 and relieved Oct 63. Was never considered a good soldier.
