Headqrs Post of Baton Rouge
Baton Rouge La 2/25/66

Respectfully returned

After a careful examination of the case I am convinced that the charges are mostly without foundation. A teamster was ordered to haul Lieut Sandram's fuel to he house of a citizen where he boarded and the teamster refused and was put in the guardhouse for disobedience to orders. Capt Gray was found intoxicated by the officer I sent out to Clinton and probably drinks too freely.

Major Genl Camby, Sir

I respectfully take My pen in hand to let you know a little about the 7th Kentucky officers how they are going on in Clinton LA. Genarl we have severed as honorable soldiers for going on five years and we do not like to be treated in such away any longer and general if you will call on the orderly sergents or a great many of the privates they will tell you the same thing.

Heres is there names of

Captain W.K. Gray
Lieutenant John Landrum
